Brewingleads is a company registered in Pune, India, operating across digital marketing and AI education services. brewingleads-ai.com is a product of Brewingleads, offered under its educational support services division.

The services and demonstrations on this website are part of Brewingleads’ AI education and applied research activities, designed to showcase and support the understanding of AI-powered outbound calling technology. By using this website or engaging our services, you acknowledge this context.

2. The service

Brewingleads provides AI-powered outbound appointment generation as a demonstrated and applied service. This includes:

• ICP research and contact sourcing for B2B outbound campaigns
• AI voice agent deployment for cold calling and appointment booking
• Call transcripts, qualification scoring, and meeting prep briefs
• Proof of concept engagements before full deployment
• Educational demonstrations of AI calling technology via the interactive demo on this website

All agents operated by Brewingleads disclose that they are AI at the beginning of every call. This disclosure is non-negotiable and cannot be removed or suppressed by any client instruction.

3. No guarantee of outcomes

Brewingleads does not guarantee specific meeting volumes, conversion rates, response rates, or revenue outcomes. Performance metrics published on this website represent averages across active engagements and do not constitute a guarantee for any individual client engagement.

Results vary based on factors including but not limited to: target market, ICP quality, industry, prospect receptiveness, call timing, and messaging.

4. Proof of concept engagements

Where a proof of concept is agreed between Brewingleads and a client:

• Scope, contact list, and call script are agreed in writing before any calls are made
• The client reviews and approves all target contacts before dialling begins
• Results including transcripts and qualification scores are delivered within 48 hours of completion
• No ongoing commitment is created by a proof of concept unless separately agreed in writing
• The client may withdraw before the proof of concept begins without penalty

5. Client responsibilities

Clients engaging Brewingleads agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete ICP criteria and target market information
• Ensure any prospect data supplied to us is obtained lawfully and in compliance with applicable data protection laws in their jurisdiction
• Comply with telemarketing, data protection, and consumer protection laws applicable in their target markets
• Not instruct us to contact individuals who have explicitly opted out of marketing communications
• Not use our service for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes

6. Data and privacy

Your use of this website and any data you provide through our contact form is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

7. Payments and cancellation

Payment terms, cancellation rights, and refund conditions are set out in the individual service agreement issued to each client. Where no separate agreement exists, the following defaults apply:

• Proof of concept engagements are billed upon delivery of results
• Ongoing campaigns require 14 days written notice to cancel
• No refund is issued for work already completed and delivered
• All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes under Indian law

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including design, copy, code, agent scripts, and conversation flows — is the property of Brewingleads. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this website without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any data, brand materials, or contact lists you provide to us for use in your campaign.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Brewingleads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or our services.

Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a specific engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services evolve. The effective date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated to active clients directly. Continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
